Services Provided
- We provide health optimization, longevity, and precision medicine services, including consults, advanced testing, nutrition guidance, and performance coaching.
- Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise stated.
Medical Disclaimer
- ETERNA is not an emergency medical provider.
- We are not your primary care provider or cardiologist. We recommend all patients maintain a relationship with a primary care physician and/or specialist as needed.
- Information provided during consultations and on this website is for educational and clinical guidance purposes only.
Payments
- Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment.
- By purchasing services, you authorize charges to your payment method on file.
Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 12, 2025
At ETERNA Longevity & Precision Medicine, we value your commitment and time. The following policies apply:
Initial Consultations
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Programs
- If you enroll in a 6-month program and decide to withdraw within the first 14 days, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused services.
- After 14 days, fees are non-refundable, but program credit may be applied to future services at our discretion.
Cancellations by ETERNA
If ETERNA must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative date/time or program credit.
How to Request a Refund
Please email eterna@eternadoc.com with your name, program purchased, and reason for request.
